Telkom Mobile Slow Service!!

<p>I have made numerous calls to actually get the contract and thereafter taken a few days to actually be debited then call in and been told the handset will only be with me in the next 7-10 working days!! How come telkom mobile is so slow as if they dont need business! Other networks are much more efficient and fast as compared to Telkom mobile online!</p>
