Telkom Mobile simply does not work

If you are thinking of going with Telkom mobile as your cell phone service provider PLEASE DONT! I moved to them 4 months ago and have had none stop problems, dropped calls, sometimes I cant make calls even with full signal. Ill be looking at the phone and call it from my home phone and it just goes to VM (Which I have no access too and they cant tell me why) Almost every day I get whatsapp messages from friends asking me to please call them because when they call me it goes straight to VM or even says the number is not in use. Oh and when I leave home and go off wifi and on to their data the internet just wont work, I have to put it into plane mode or switch off and back on again. I have called and called them without any joy and now when I want to cancel the contract they want to charge me R3200 (I took a sim only contract) Why should I have to pay anything if the service I'm paying for isnt working like it should be? My husbands phone is doing the same thing so this isn't limited to just me. Please SHARE so that no one else gets stuck with this same problem.
