Telkom Mobile - Shockingly Bad

Telkom Mobile Shocking Bad Service. I would rather go to the home affairs office 5 days a week than deal with Telkom. I have been trying to change my debit order details with them for months now. Still Not successful. Although i have been making Payments I have been cut off Twice in the last 3 months. It takes Telkom Mobile 2 weeks to reconnect me. So i am without a Mobile Phone for 2 WEEKS! The Telkom App does Not work to make payments, and they cant see payments made on it. Shocking! I wish i could rate at Negative stars, one star is too nice for Telkom Mobile!
