telkom mobile shocking waiting period

<p>I signed a contract with telkom mobile in january I was approved on the spot and i was told my i phone will be arriving in a week I have been waiting for them to give me a device since than I have been told story on story about the backlogg </p> <p> </p> <p>I hoped it would be resolved in feb but am still waiting </p>
