TELKOM MOBILE SERVICES IS USELESS!!!!

I was a customer that ported from Cell C to Telkom because of their affordable data i was happy, but their customer service is USELESS. There is link that subscribed me to a site that has been taking my data each and everyday, I don't know how many times i have called the call centre to get help on what is going on and how i can unsubscribe on that link they have been giving me self service pins that don't even work or are always unavailable *187*678# is one of them. All the other networks have systems in place for WASPAs but at Telkom all i have been hearing is "we cant help you" i even downloaded the Telkom App also doesnt help. Its really frastruating because i cannot use internet on my cellphone for important things and work because 500MB doesnt even last 5 minutes before my data is gone!!!!!!!! I Need A Resolution
