Telkom Mobile Services is the worst.

So last year my sister lost her iphone, and she is insured with Telkom. We called to report the phone 3 if not 4 times and we were advised that the ITC or ICT number will be sent via sms so we can move forward and claim the insurance for the device. To this day they have not sent anything mind you the insurance is still being paid every month.

Seems like they are not willing to help, coz everytime we speak to them they telling us the same thing.
