Telkom mobile **** service towards me off late

Telkom service is terrible of late they just do as they please with their customers. on saturday i had my service discontinued after a payment had come off my account. and when i called i was toldit was their system because i ad missed a payment but when the guy checked he say the payment. and he promised that i would be connected within 5 hours. come sunday morning im not connected and when i called again the lady told me they system did that automatically and they would connect me on monday morning. today its monday morning im still not connecetd. this is after being over billed for 3 months in september and they would not fix the problem saying that i never had for all the yaers i have my 8ta contract.
