Telkom Mobile Service Sucks

Hi

My cell phone was ****** on Friday,and I am running my small business on my cell phone so you can imagine my frustration and its month end,My father bought me a new cell phone today and I went to buy a new TELKOM starter pack so that I can be able to do a SIM SWOP ,I had my proof of address and my ID with me so that I dont have any hassles,I went to Pep cell I was the 1st one at the Shop because they opened at 08:30 and I needed to be here at work by 10:00 but I couldnt do anything without a phone,I arrived here at work ,I inserted my Telkom sim card on my new mobile it said no network,I was so upset because they rica my simcard,I googled for Telkom customer care numbers but the numbers 081180 I couldnt call from my work number,eventually I tried *** and Asanda answered and she said they dont deal with customer mobile,its not telkom problem,I must go back where I bought the Simcard from,I explained to her I am at work and I am worki 10:00 till 22:00 I need my phone,my children needs to be able to get hold of me,I asked to speak to someone senior who might understand me,she asked for my address and gave me a number for a telkom shop,and i they asked for my service number in order to get through so that couldnt help,I called back *** I got through to the same lady Asanda and I asked for a Supervisor she said they dont have one ,I asked for her surname and she said Telkom Policies dont allow them to give out that information,Please help me hello peter I need my simswop done today so that i can be able to use my old number again,TELKOM SERVICE IS CRAO,I have been using to buy airtime and call I didnt know if you need therit help you have to struggle like this...please helo me.
