Telkom Mobile service sucks

I went to Tolkom mobile store in Cape Gate on 24 April 2016 to do a sim swop for a nano sim.2 Days later the sim card has not yet been activitated.I went back on 28 April,after numerous calls to the call center.Got another sim card.To date 6/5/2016,the replacement sim card has still not been activated.I phoned for the past week,but was now told the case turnaround time is 72 hours.What a ******** story
