Telkom Mobile Service Pathetic!

I app**** for a cell phone contract online over 3 weeks ago and was subsequently approved and billed my first payment but after almost 2 weeks of non-delivery I called only to be told the phone is out of stock. I called again and it was still out of stock and I asked for a cancellation but even a cancellation is difficult to effect as when I called on Monday the 05th of November the call centre agent couldn't pick up anything on the system.

I mean they don't even know when the stock is going to be available yet they keep on selling something they don't have. They don't even have the decency to inform you that they are out of stock, you constantly have to call them and wait for 15 minutes for a call to be answered.

If you want to save yourself time and avoid all the frustration, just go to these big private companies.
