Telkom Mobile service non-existant

I took out a Telkom Mobile contract over 16 months ago. Bottom line, a business contract turned into a business nightmare. No signal outside Telkom areas (nationally) and cannot get data or make calls when on MTN roaming. Cannot activate international calls or roaming when overseas (need 10 working days) and cannot keep it activated. The call center cannot assist with any queries nor can they assist with settings. The technicians phone months later and cannot assist with coverage matters. For a business, this service is NOT good at all.
