TELKOM MOBILE SERVICE IS UNSATISFACTORY

<p>I was called by their sales team well over a week ago. I took 2 products- which was to be delivered with 7 days.</p> <p>After accepting the products with contract telephonically- I have not received an email with my contract- confirming the details and pricing of the products taken. My bank account has been debited, but have not received any products!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>When you attempt to call their call centre, be prepared to hold on ;like forever....and you get to speak to nobody who can help you.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im situated in the same area as their branch- and no delivery yet!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
