Telkom Mobile Service is absolutely disgusting & Staff are uneducated in process of doing things

<p>So i ordered a Huawei Tablet from telkom, after waiting more than a week for delivery i received the device and was satisfied, i have now had the tablet for almost a week and my sim has still not been activated??? I phone constantly and get transferred from one person to the next only to be told each time that i have to wait 48 hours??? I now am sitting with a tablet which the first payment has gone off already so i paid for a service that i cant use??? so frustrating dealing with telkom I will warn everybody i encounter not to use them </p>
