TELKOM MOBILE SERVICE IS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

I do not get any feedback on my request below - SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT: Last year I moved all our cellphone contracts (7 in total) from Vodacom to Telkom. After numerous telephonic conversations as well as visits to Telkom stores, it was confirmed that the Telkom signal will be 100% effective in our area (Tzaneen and surrounding areas in Limpopo). Unfortunately I made a huge mistake to move to Telkom as our service provider, because the Telkom signal in our area is VERY poor (even nonexistent).  This is a very big problem as well as a safety risk. If a member of our family is on the road, there is no signal should anybody need help.  We also use our cell phones for business and the problem is negatively impacting us in this field. There is really no benefit for us to go ahead with Telkom. In terms of “TCF” (Treat Clients Fairly) legislation, my request is that all these Telkom contracts be cancelled.
