Telkom Mobile Service deterioration

<p>I have used telkom Mobile for sometime, i upgraded to there Lte service in December, this they messed up, the paperwork for the upgrade was done 2 months late and then they downgraded my account from 50gig to 10gig, this took my 5 monthes to change because there paper work was late... </p> <p>Latest now my average service at home was 13-16mbps down 4-8mbps down 31ms ping . Usable internet, for the last 3 weeks at night i get 0.97mbps down 3.25 mbps an pings exceeding 100ms. I have reported this on there twitter account and have received a case number ********** 6 how long do i have to suffer before the problem gets solved.</p>
