Telkom Mobile (Sea Point)...if not for this store ,I probably would have changed networks!!!

To whom it may concern.

A person always goes out of their way in order to review bad service if its ever come across. In this situation though the service was outstanding. Well at all the other Telkom Mobile outlets in and around Cpt cbd,none of them were even prepared to hear me out being their customer out nor did they even show just a tiny bit of compassion for a customer at their mercy. At the Sea Point branch I came across a manager that honestly went out of his way in order to help me and my issue out. I forgot to get his name after eventually being sorted after the 2 day headache trying to have my issue sorted with no luck being on my side at all,but the manager that was on duty the 2nd November at around 12pm....boss you definitely are someone that most of your colleagues should work on trying to be more like. Give that man a Bells!!! Thanks again.
