Telkom Mobile - SCANDAL!!!!!

This is the most ridiculous service I've ever experienced. I've been trying to cancel a contract for more than a year now, but they have been deducting money every single month even though I have sent cancellation forms 5 different times. I've been trying to contact them but their customer service is disgusting!!!!!!! I have to hold EVERY time for nothing less than 300 minutes, yet no one helps you! They never have consultants to help you. They are rediculous!!!!!!!!!!!!
