Why can I not Give 'No STAR' ? We have been struggling with our account for months. The statement at the end of the month differ from the one when I phone in and the amounts make no sense. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL!! I PLEASE ADVISE EVERYONE NEVER TO CHOSE THIS NETWORK. Even went in store and still they have no explanation why my account says R2000 on statement and -300 when I phone. Then they suspend my account until I pay amounts that have no explanation. Please can someone assist me????????
