Telkom Mobile Sales terrible

<p>I signed up for a telkom mobile deal online. Was called 2 days later by a very rude agent trying to confirm my details. I comp**** and got cut off the call. No one called me back for 2 weeks. I finally called them and was assisted to complete the sale. Was told that my device would be delivered shortly. Till today I have not received anything and have already been billed for this month. Still waiting and I cannot get through to their call centre. How is Telkom management, firstly not aware of how bad their service is or secondly, dont care. My next complaint is the consumer ombud.</p>
