Telkom Mobile Sales People are *****

I was sold a Telkom Mobile contract. With it I got 1Gug data a month And thereafter top up off data.

I was created and had to pay extra R 500.00 every month but last month I paid an extra R 800.00.

Telkom Mobiles explanation is it'd the dpend limit that is automatically added to all new accounts.

This is not told to new customers.

The R 800.00 for last month's bill is still not explained to me.

I now get told I amliable for the spend limit used, even though I never asked for it.

After 4 calls writing the over usage I was told its the dpend limit. In September I asked them to remove the spend limit. October I still pay an extra R 800.00. this is the so caller dpend limit I called in to cancel.

Telkom Mobile is not interested in assisting me. They are just Robbing me blind.

Let me take the matter into my own hands by reversing all the debit orders.
