Telkom mobile sales

I ordered a new cellphone online in July. Received a call from a Telkom agent to confirm my order and take me through the process. Once that was completed, my bank account was debited and I received an sms saying I'd receive communication "shortly". I've been calling the sales agents for two weeks to find out what's happening, only to find out my order isn't on their system. All of a sudden I'm SMS'ed a tracker number which cannot be located on the Courierit site. This process has been the worst, the lack of communication is what makes it even more terrible!
