Telkom Mobile SA = Excellent Service

I called Telkom Mobile and spoke to an agent named Lungani Zuma. He requested that I be available on an alternative number so he could instruct me on how to work the handset with the issue, within seconds after hanging up, he was on my other line calling in. He did his best to troubleshoot but nothing seemed to work, my BIS was active but still, no BBM nor could I sync my email account. Now as a network engineer in the IT industry, the call had gotten to a point where I could tell that the issue wasn't going to be resolved right away. At this point I could have been aerate but this Lungani guy was on the ball from the moment he said he'd call me back. How he assisted me has made it very clear and fool proof that great customer service is not what you know but how you deal with the issue at hand, regardless of whether or not the issue is resolved in the end. <br> <br> Later I called back to update my query, spoke to Samuel Duimpies, within 60s, he spotted the issue & before explaining, he 1st assured me that it \can"be resolved"
