Telkom Mobile SA disaster

My recent engagement with Telkom mobile call centre has been the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire engagements with different companies, they don’t give updates on your case regarding a dispute with your billing query, they close the case without giving feedback. You have to call them daily and they don’t care. They block your line without consultation and yet one has been on contract with them for 9 years with no billing issues and supporting their contracts every 24 months. Simply put I wouldn’t recommend anyone to take a contract with Telkom mobile.
