telkom mobile ruined my life

Telkom has made my life miserable,took out a contract with them iphone in november..december they debit for 2 iphones, went to the store to ask abt the 2nd phone,told them I knw nothing abt it. They promised to look into it asked me to reverse the debit order and make a deposit for 1phone. Jan they did same thing. I went back. They closed my phone and listed me on itc as a bad payer. I cant get a car finance coz of this.. They always tell me they are looking into it. I lost a lot of jobs coz i work mainly with my phine and ruined my credit rating
