Telkom Mobile ******* service

Telkom Mobile has the worst consultants at their call centre they are rude *********** and not afraid to put down the phone when they can't find a solution for you, so I bought a 1 gig Lit streaming bundle for showmax for 24 hours and I bought airtime as well it then happened that while I was streaming it kept taking of my normal bundles that I had I kept on buying data only to discover later in the day that telkom is using my normal bundles as well as my streaming bundles I spoke to a lady who has the email *** who kept shouting at me and had a very bad tone on the phone thereafter I spoke to Shamiela Dobson who tried to help but couldn't another problem that I have is that I can't buy MO nice data and it's been happening for a week now this is unacceptable and a cause for concern
