Telkom mobile router contract billing what I never signed for

I need help. I have telkom mobile Router that I signed contract for R529 pm. Now telkom mobile charging me for somethings that I never signed for. When I call telkom on 081180, they told me that is event subscriptions that I have subscribed.

When I ask telkom as to why they did not let me know that I have subscriptions that have extra charges, so they can confirm with me whether I am interested or not. They told me that is subscriptions happened in the internet and I have told them that I am not aware of this and I cannot afford to pay for such services. My affordability never considered and amended Debicheck never sent to me. They just debit my account with extra charges.

Telkom mobile keeps on charging my account with those extra charges from February 2025.
