Telkom Mobile Robbing Customers

TELKOM MOBILE SUCKS.

I recently took out a new contract with Telkom Mobile. I asked for a fixed data contract for R 199.00 per month with top up facility and no voice calls to other networks.

every month since then i have paid R 699.00 or more. Everytime I call telkom I get a bull **** story. They now tell me they ave loaded my account with a R 500.00 spend limit every month that I had used when the 1 gig data ran out. Then I get told this is mandatory on all accounts and I must request to have it removed.

My question to telkom, still unanswered, is why should I pay for something that was not disclosed to me. This amounts to *****.

Still waiting for a call back from Telkom.

I want a refund off all the money telkom stole from me.

Failing that I will take matters into my own hands and drag telkom and their sales rep through court and claim damages.

We as customers will not take this kind of bullying by telkom anymore.

Disgusted soon to be ex. Customer....

Hello Ilhaam, Yesterday R 1099.00 was deducted from my account. What the hell is happening. My monthly subscription is R 199.00. This is ****************. If my money's are not refunded within 7 working days, I am taking Telkom to court for ***** and I will sue you with costs.

I am still waiting for Telkom to come back to me. As always Telkom does not give a damn about its customers. It's all about making money. I will have to reverse all the debit orders and block Telkom from accessing my bank account now There is no other option left to me.
