Telkom Mobile, Robbing business

<p>My husband app**** for a Telkom mobile router when they had a promotion where you pay 199 a month and they give you 10Gb day , 5Gb night suffer and 10 for wifi spot. But now we not getting the deal we singned for instead they give us 5Gb day , 5Gb night and 10 Gb for wifi spot. After I noticed they are robbing us I gave them a call to lodged a complaint with them. Instead they later said there's nothing wrong with what I'm getting but they couldn't answer me as to why we not getting what we signed for but they debit the full 199 every month. Please I need help in this regard </p>
