Telkom Mobile ripping us off!

Telkom mobile prepaid please fix my line. I don't know why you are ignoring customers that need to TALK TO YOU. I've loaded R50 via ABSA app and still my balance is still R0.03 Loaded R20 same way again still balance is the same R0.03! Loaded R30 via Standard bank and still my airtime balance is 3 cents! I need you to answer my calls and tell me who is hacking my number below.
