Telkom mobile *******

Hi I've been a customer for Telkom mobile some time but since I've been been on there monice plan it's been the worst experience ever that a person can receive from a mobile operating network for number one a person is never able to ever to get threw to any of their call centre operators what is more insulting is that the next day they would send me an SMS to thank me for calling there call centre in which I had my phone on speaker next to me and it kept saying all operators are busy they didn't realise that I had the phone on speaker and gave up after an hour with no reply now I ask myself what type of service this is they are giving a person if numerous times you are never able to get hold of anyone . Second thing is the data packages they offering 550mb @ 7. 50 1gb@R44 lasting only five days 2.5gb @ 104.50 lasting 14 days 8gb@ R74 lasting ten days Now you tell me does any of that option look worthwhile purchasing there is no 30 day options it's like they all designed to ***** you financially and when does one ever use that much data for the month they set all there option for you too keep purchasing data you not even using I feel that this network is like legally robbing all South Africans and they are just getting away with it I today regret switching to this network and rather feel better off with a network that is willing to communicate back with me I hope this email falls upon someone that can have a positive outcome to my frustrations.
