Telkom Mobile Ridiculous Turnaround Time

<p>How is it in anyway acceptable that the turnaround time for switching on a phone that was blocked is 7 to 14 working days????? I am terribly sorry but you need to realise that life happens and sometimes we cannot make a payment on time. But when a payment is made to take THAT long to reconnect it is disgusting! Make a plan and reconnect this damn phone!!! And here I thought you were better than vodacom. How disappointing. </p> <p> </p> <p> ********** 432 - CALL ME ASAP</p>
