Telkom Mobile Refuses to Provide a Copy of Contrac

I signed up for a Telkom Mobile Contract in December 2014 via an online request and telephone call. I have now been trying for weeks to get a copy of the contract because my employer needs a copy of the contract to be able to pay for my cellphone. I have tried on the website via live chat and facebook a number of times and I am getting no joy. If I don't get a copy of the contract or some written confirmation, I will be reporting Telkom to ICASA, the Competition Commission for ******** business practices.
