Telkom Mobile refuses to cancel my contract

Telkom has to be one of the worst cell phone companies i have ever had to deal with. Their tele-sales people are ***** and once they have your banking details it's very difficult to get them to stop debiting from your account even after you have canceled your cell phone contract. I just want this nightmare to end with Telkom so that I can move on with my life.
