Telkom Mobile - Refuse to cancel contract

Been trying to cancel my cell phone contract for the last few months as I am no longer employed, and the contract was over. So, I emailed the document, never got cancelled, so I went to a store (Rosebank) - Salesmen says it done, he has faxed, dont worry....NEVER GOT CANCELLED - so lets try the cancel online...which was never working originally - and still no cancellation :(
