Telkom mobile refund problem
I app**** for a contract which was approved and the first debit order was deducted within days after approval.I then cancelled the contract since they could not supply me the device I was looking for.Now months have passed and I am still waiting for my refund.Cant even get hold of someone to talk to at the call centre
