Telkom Mobile porting

Pathetic! I ported my existing Telkom cell number to a contract taken out with Telkom. The consultant told me it would take 24 hours and my current number will not work until the port it complete. This was the 24th May. It's now the 29th May. I've lost business due to Telkom' s pathetic service. After several calls, my number has still not pulled through. Will not recommend Telkom in the future. All my business comes through to my phone and my clients have not been able to call me for the last 6 days! Telkom in The Atrium (Overport City) did the porting. Totally useless! And they never answer their phone!
