Telkom mobile poor customer service

I have been trying to get telkom mobile to cancel my account for the past month with no luck my contract ends early November and I'm afraid od till being billed after contract ends. Their social media platforms are pointless no responses when I call them I am referred to their useless website or to go into a store.. Please help!!!!
