Telkom Mobile poor business conduct

Purchased a Samsung S24FE + Galaxy Watch 7 on contract from Telkom Northgate in November 2024. At the time they told me they had just run out of stock of the watch and that they would have it available within a few days.

2 months later they say they still don't have any stock and they are saying the Distributor doesn't have stock.

I've paid 2 months for something that not only do I NOT Have but the store itself doesn't know if they'll ever get it.

My question is how does Telkom Mobile conduct business for something that they aren't in possession off?

They have blamed Samsung for the last 2 months saying 1) the warehouse is closed 2) the distributor has no stock

At the moment it does not appear as if they even want to resolve this
