Telkom mobile please remove my name from credit score, I have paid your full amount in November 2020

Hi,

I have a contract with Telkom so they black listed me because I couldn't pay this year, then on November I settled the account but still to date they haven't removed my account from my credit score and that is affecting me I'm so ****ed off right now
