Telkom Mobile - Phone/Sim Blocked for no reason due to technical issues at Telkom

I took out 2x unlimited contracts from telkom in June 2018. Telkom has blocked both of my contracts on 24 July 2018 for no reason when we phoned they indicated that it is a technical problem on their side that they are fixing and that they can't give me a turnaround time as to when my phone will be unblocked. I can't make any calls or send any messages or use my phone at all which I use for business so I am losing business. It has now been more than 24 hours and my 2x numbers are still blocked. This is ridiculous how long can it take Telkom Mobile to unblock my numbers due to technical difficulty on their side. The problem has still not been fixed and I can still not use my phone. I therefor would not recommend anyone to take out a contract with Telkom Mobile as this is the service that you are getting.
