Telkom mobile payment link 5 day ?delayed

I don’t know if people who work at Telkom understand their work. I was advised to pay via a link because my account was suspended it’s already been 4 days without data and airtime, people can’t even reach me. This is just bad service . You can’t tell me that the link is the quickest way to pay then have my personal phone blocked for over 4 days! They just don’t care!!!

It’s really frustrating not having calls come in let alone make important calls.
