Telkom Mobile pay back the money!

I tried calling the customer care service and it sends me a whatsapp link with a menu that does not have what I need. Ive had this issue all weekend. I was at a place where I couldn't buy airtime so I used their Emergency Top Up Airtime service and I borrowed R20 of airtime but I never got it. When I checked my borrowing limit it was R20 less but still it didn't reflect on my account, it still doesn't. Now the problem with that is when I recharged yesterday they charged me that R20 I never received! *** is the number.
