Telkom Mobile Pathetic/no service

It’s Joe been 4 months since I logged a tickets and calling your billing department. I’m being charged for a phone that is not in my possession. All the relevant documents was sent to 3 consultants and since todate have had no response from anyone which is cause me great financial loss and stress If we missed one Telkom debit they on you like wild fire 🔥

This is unacceptable and pathetic service from Telkom Mobile
