Telkom mobile pathetic service

A piece of **** network, my contract was canceled without my authorization and now they expect me to pay remainder of the contract. I call in to ask the contract to be reinstated and they give me a new 36 month contract when 16 months was initially left. Then they suspend my account because they added a new contract and expect me to pay a bill of R12000. Your service is full of **** and there is no help when you call 081 they put your from department to department and waste your time. I want this resolution resolved urgently. I will no longer like to remain with your business.
