Telkom Mobile Pathetic service

Good day... I have recharged my account till today i called Telkom call centre, I spoke to their supervisors they asked for my Bank statement which i have emailed them the statement. Till today still waiting a feedback I cant believe this type of service in SA. Telkom services is very pathetic. I need someone to call me back as i cant go through their contacts. I want my matter to be resolved ASAP after this im porting my number to the better service provider.
