Telkom mobile Pathetic service

Worse customer service delivery ever!!!!, i made over 20 calls to telkom mobile to have an acc issue issued. Non of the agents could assist me. Went to the Telkom mobile store, non of the consultants tried assist. They logged 3 cslls for the call centre to me back, to date i have not received a call Pathetic service providers
