Telkom Mobile pathetic service

Hi

I've paid my account and you'll still debited me on my Telkom Mobile account! I haven't been able to get a refund as well, I've been calling like every week for 3 weeks.

Please get this sorted as I'm tired of speaking to call center agents whom are of no use and can't help in getting traction with this issue as it's a simple refund/credit to my account!
