Telkom mobile, pathetic service

Don't ever sign up with Telkom mobile not only will you struggle to get signal on your mobile you will also never be able to end your contract. Even if you served out the whole 24 months! My Telkom mobile contract is coming to an end at the end of May. I have sent them the cancelation form by email in January already to make sure my contract payments will stop end of May. They have been phoning me asking me to come in cause Im due for an upgrade. I asked the why am I due if I clearly canceled my contract. The man informed me that nothing had been canceled. Again I sent an email this morning and I phoned customer care. I was on hold for 25 minutes! I eventually had to hang up the phone. Can't waste my minutes like that. You never get a response from Telkom when you really need them to. They will be in contact with you if they need something from you, like your money. Absolutely pathetic! Please dont make use of their services
