Telkom Mobile Pathetic Customer Service

<p>I have called TelkomMobile (Durban Branch) due to my data not being loaded for the month.</p> <p>I was advised by the consultant that the data was definetely not loaded(which will now take 9 days to be loaded).</p> <p>I asked to speak to a manager on Duty who was too busy to assist. i held on the line for over an hour for assistance and this did not happen.</p> <p>The manager Fikile told the agent to tell me that he will call me back and since then i have not received a call.</p> <p>This type of service is is really dissapointing especially when you pay for it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dissatisfied customer :)</p> <p> </p>
