Telkom mobile pathetic

1 star is to much to give. 0 starts i more of the real thing. I am struggeling qith betwork coverage since last month. The 4th November i logged a call with telkom mobile at customer line 180. Today the 16th i spoke to them again. The one that answered the phone will sight if you speak and try to talk. Ever since the 4th the network is getting worse. If you ask what they going to do about it the reply - " oh i cant do anything" and "you just have to wait for network to get better" Well we as customer dont tell you guys to wait before you take our money, we dont tell you wait for ***ing anything. Yet some do have attitude if you phone and dont want to help the customer. Why you there then? To fill up a freaking space and collect money for yourself? I had it with this pathetic service you guys give. To lazy to freaking do some real work. And we as customers must pay your salary. Well guess what? Telkon you can go to hell with your pathetic workers. 99% of the time they dont even know if they awake or sleeping!!!! I will suggest not to even think of porting to telkom mobile or use their empty promise services. Telkom mobile is the most useless service provider u have ever seen.
